Is there a way to get devs to change these for you?

Only reason I ask is Mirror was very recent and there's a system with Strategic 4. So either Prawn Empire knows someone or has a dev in it.

Either way I'd like to up some systems to military 5 to test things with wh spawns.

I was given Strategic 4 in three systems. I've got I-hubs online, but they show, that strategic is on 0. Do I have to wait to DT, or it's me being noob?

Yeah, the UI is not updating correctly after applying this dev hack - but it should be possible to install the upgrades without problems. The UI should be correct after the next DT.
