Greetings fellow space denizens!

So here's the deal. I am looking to get into FCing regularly. I have been sporadically FCing for the last 8 years, mostly small to medium sized fleets, usually from BC down.

However, the last few corps I've been in have had excellent, and very well established FCs from whom I've learned a lot. Consequently there weren't too many opportunities to step up, although this was probably more of an unwillingness on my part to potentially make an ass of myself by welping fleets that my peers would run amok with!

I'd be looking to start from scratch as it were, join a corp that has a need for a combat director, who'd also be the primary FC. This role would also involve developing doctrines, tactics, running regularly scheduled pvp ops and generally sharpening the claws of corp members who have a desire to improve this element of their game. I'd also be very interested in mentoring members who might also have a desire to command gangs and fleets themselves.

Ideally I'd be looking for a well-rounded corp that lives in empire, who have a well established structure and a solid player base (i.e. I don't want to join up, move all my **** halfway across eve if the corp a] goes **** up in a couple of weeks or b] has like 10 members).

Finally, just to make it perfectly clear that this will also be the start of a learning arc for me. I do not consider myself an established FC at all at present. My primary objective here is to finally go full time doing something I've been fostering the desire for since 2005.

If I get the gig I'm looking for, I'm fully expecting welp and insurance payouts all round before **** starts to click for us, but it will click
