I have noticed that people have been asking about the testing alliance that CCP used to run on SiSi.
If you want to test sovereignty mechanics, feel free to put in an app to ScorpNET Federation and I will accept it.
There will be cyno generators in Cloud ring region for you to jump your caps to soon.

I have in the past started testing alliances but it took too long everytime so i quit doing it.

As lots of people want to test mechanics outside 6-C, in for example wormholes or other environments.
I have setup some cynosural Generators and still busy setting up a Jump Bridge network.

If I join could i possibly build a Hel on one of your moons? Ive been wanting to test the Hel out for a while, but finding my own piece of sov and haling all the materials out there is a pain.
