I like what you're doing with the gunnery skills but you should maybe explain what your toon can fly well i.e. Tengu etc

You're probably going to fetch anything between 5-6bil

he can fly tengu with all subs at 5 along with all races (except amarr) tech1 ships upto and including battleships with tech 2 hybrids... also pretty efficient vindicator pilot

weapons don´t make you an efficient pilot. you are missing most armor skills and a lot of shield skills aswell. plus your navigation skills are not prefferable for flying anything with ab/mwd not to mention mjd skill is missing completly.

your gunnery supportskills are ok, your missile supportskills are lacking.

nice char if you got time to train all the supportskills but a bit to heavily crosstrained at 16 mio sp to jump right in any ship.

about 5 bio seems accurat. (this is not an offer)

I think the last most summed up things quite well, this is more of a project char which needs a couple of months training before one would be comfortable in using it. Given that I will offer 3.5b BO

the analysis is pretty good ! definitely this toon need +5m sp in armor/shield/drone and some ships to be reliable. starting this taken in account your toon will find good audience with price around 6-7b.
But right now i would only offer 4b for it.
