The most important thing is a lack of obligations and a laid back atmosphere. And honestly, a corp of stoners would grab my attention fairly quickly.

I love to PvP, but I need a variety and I need to be able to go off and solo now and again without hostility for not 'defending' or supporting a campaign. This would also include the freedom to run missions in empire space if it's what I feel like doing for a few days. That is not to say that I won't ever fleet up, I love the big fights too. Any fights, really. I just need some freedom in that regard.

I need a corp that won't kick me during my inactivity. My biggest issue is that I take extended breaks between active months or weeks. After eight years, I tend to play in spurts. This is what I mean by a long term asset. When I am active, I am an asset. But there can be weeks to months between active sessions. I will pay any alliance or rental fees that are incurred in my inclusion, sometimes in advance. Any other specifics in this regard I am willing to be exceptionally flexible with.

So with that said, here's what I can bring to the party:
My typical play time varies between 23:00 - 07:00 (7pm - 3am EDT), but some days it can be anytime between 14:00 - 08:00 (10am - 4am EDT)

Silpher: Pure Combat Pilot
Thanatos, fully fit for triage, but with support skills at 3
Can also fly an appropriately fit Phoenix with support skills at 3
Caldari or Gallente Black Ops is available, but limited investment as I haven't had the need.
Also Caldari Marauder
Skirmish I can fit and fly almost anything Caldari or Gallente, with Amarr recons.
Preferred ships to fly:
Gallente and Caldari Strategic Cruisers
All t2 cruisers (specific ships vary per role and race)
I love dropping bubbles. Cruiser or Destroyer.
Crow. She's my baby. If it's frigates, I'm in a crow.

Cannibis Collector: Super miner.
Most sub-cap skills at V (or IV).
Can fly Rorqual
Has a fit Orca
Mining leadership skills at V, implants, modules, etc
Various manufacturing skills as well, though I haven't looked at them in a while.

Kanami Otonoshi:
Caldari Strategic Cruiser specialist.
Better served as a PvE ship, but capable of PvP.

And i have an alt scout: River Seagram. He does covert cyno's in cov ops frigs.
Also two other low skill miners.
