Drake still good for Lvl 3s, and Tengu for Lvl 4s?

Back to Eve after a break and I'd appreciate a refresher.

Heavily invested in missile skills. Looking to semi-Afk Lvl 3s in a Drake (used it a lot before I left.) Maybe get into a Tengu for Lvl 4s.

I hear there was another Drake nerf. :/

a drake will still do lvl3s just fine and a tengu is still a decent lvl4 ship (especially if you blitz for max LP). the navy raven and golem will outperform the tengu on heavy duty missions though, as they have an advantage in range as well as raw dps.

I should buy an Ishtar.

Also have a look at the Rattlesnake changes for summer patch. it is picking up a 5th launcher and +50% damage to thermal and kinetic.

As mentioned above; Tengu does good blitzing kinetic weak missions, but falls short of BS in quite a few areas.
