has JDO 5, only need JDC 4 to inject black ops and then can pilot both WIDOW and REDEEMER

If you would start training now a char like this one, 76.7 mil SP would take roughly 36 months.Considering the plex price is 730 mil isk, that means 26.3 bil isk. Add the price of the 2 plexes for transfer 1.44 bil isk and you get 27.7 bil isk.

You can have this char for 28 bil isk and no waiting 3 years,

This is a fixed price and it is not negotiable, Any lower offers will be ignored..First to offer 28 bil will get this char. If not sold in 6 days ( time left for acct to expire ), the acct will be closed until better EVE times when chars will not be worth less than the price for the training time and skillbooks :(
