1. Account reactivation (only for Singularity)

"My account is active on TQ, but when I connect to Singularity it says it's disabled, what's up with that?"

If your account on Tranquility was inactive when the current test server mirror was made, it will be inactive on the test server as well. If you reactivated it on Tranquility after that date and you want to do the same for Singularity, post here with any character on the account(s) you want reactivated. Do NOT post your username here, it's a security risk for you. Your character name is enough.

Here are the Steps:

- post in this thread with any character on the account(s) you want reactivated.
- if you have multiple accounts that need reactivation, make one post per account.
- check the thread regularly.
- be patient, sometimes we cannot get to your request right away or even after a few days. QA is busy people.
- if you still have problems logging into your account, read below.

2. Password change

"My account is active, but when I try to log in it says the username/password is incorrect, help?"

If you changed your password on Tranquility since the mirror was taken, you will have to use your old TQ password. If that doesn't work or you can't remember your old password, READ CAREFULLY:

- you need to contact a member of the CCP QA staff on IRC, because...
- we CANNOT reset your password on the test server. Please do not ask us to, we can't do it.
- read the instructions in Evelopedia on how to connect to IRC. The channel is #eve-chaos.
- QA staff have the [QA] Tag.

IMPORTANT! Verify the identity of the people you speak to on IRC by right clicking their nickname and selecting "Whois". Do not give your username or password to anyone who is not a CCP employee, even if they claim to be.

3. Unbanning
If you think you were banned unjustly from the test server or that the penalty was too harsh for what you did, you can ask here (nicely!) for your case to be reviewed. Please provide the relevant character name, the date of the ban and the reason that was given. Please DO NOT INSIST if you receive a negative answer. We might shorten the duration of the ban, but if we believe that what you did affected other players and us in a very negative manner we will not unban you just because you ask. Please keep it polite and don't troll. We will reply to the thread with our decision.

4. Other stuff

If your account or character was created after the current mirror was taken, we cannot mirror it individually. You will have to wait for the next mirror. If a character was transferred to another account after the mirror was taken it will not be available on the new account until the next mirror.
Also, reactivating your account does not update your skills from TQ. There will be no giving of skills either, it's the rules™.

Post with a character on the account needing activation only.
