I am looking to buy a pure PvP/PvE character that has 80-100m SP. I don't want any industry or distracting things. I want to use this pilot in WH space, participate in WH fights and small gang pvp. It needs to be well rounded and skilled in all factions and have gunnery/missiles trained up. Essentially your poster boy type of combat pilot.

This is very well skilled WH pilot.
Near maxed t2 sieged Moros, Naglfar pilot, t2 triaged Archon pilot, proteus/Loki, Vindi/Mach.
