Personally I did like the trade off of saving 80% + of Ozone due to low grid usage in high-sec (offline weapons), but leaving you with the job of onlining them come wardec time. Now there's no point in leaving juicy unarmed bait / targets in space.

So will cost more to fuel in that sense, but slightly less of a pain to do so.... goodbye spreadsheet anyway.
