Character Bazaar

I find that as much fun as these smaller ships are to fly, I don't have much time to dedicate to PVP these days, so I'm looking to sell this character.

Basically, this character is done with all of the boring basic skills and most of the specialist skills for small/medium ships. Covert cynos are available and the character is great at flying a hunter recon ship for a black ops gang. Most of the training to fly a good minmatar BS is already done as well.

Here are some highlights:

All four races T2 frigates, cruisers, and dictors. All four races BC V already trained.
Max fitting skills and basic supports (e.g., capacitor skills)
Max armor compensation skills
Good drone skills (T2 light, medium, heavy drones)
Max missile and gunnery support skills - able to use all T2 light and medium guns and missiles, can also use T2 torps (bombers)
Good navigation skills
Able to use covert cyno
Heavy Assault Cruisers V
Logistics V - logistic supports also well trained (Remote armor repair and shield emission V)
Recon Ships V
Interceptors V
Interdictors V
Cov Ops V
Good Loki Skills (All subsystems at V)
There's a slight bit of "wasted" SP in some industry skills, but I find the ability to kick off a construction job here and there and to pilot a freighter is actually quite nice to have in many circumstances - I got a lot of use out of these abilities even though I have a separate dedicated industry character. At any rate, it's a relatively small portion of the overall training.
Character has standings to run L4 missions with the Republic Fleet (5.22 standing after connections adjustment).

Character is currently mapped for Per/Will and has 1 remap available.

Price: I'm looking for at least 25B, but the price I'm actually willing to sell for is a function of how long the auction has gone on. Most likely, if there's not much initial interest I'm just going to keep training the character until someone is willing to pay 25, but make me an offer and we can discuss.

Like the character, don't have the isk available.
