Just to give the OP something to read that doesn't make him throw his hands in the air...

Been smoking for nearly ten years and, yes I've tried to quit many times before (gonna try e-cigs next). I use to drink a lot more when I was in service back in 04-08, but not so much now. My last drink was months ago. And, no, I don't smoke the "other" stuff. Tried it in high-school a couple of times, but never got into it.
