How long does it take for you to start eve and open market window?

Instructions:

1- Restart computer
2- Open even launcher
3- Type password
4- Press enter and count time
(click as fast as possible on your character when it shows up)
5- Open market window and stop time

How long does it take?

BIG EDIT: Guys there is a reason why you gotta restart, can you please just do what I'm telling you to without arguing? Thank you.

It takes about 2 minutes. The problem is not launching, the issue is rendering :(
