Biomassing character if podded after crime. A counter to ganking.

As it is, ganking gives no risk whatsoever for the attacker, and all risk for the attacked.
The attacker only risks "losing" the potential loot if the drop is unlucky.
To counter this unfarly unbalanced mechanic, highsec NPC medical facilities will refuse to make a clone to whoever has a criminal flag.
If a criminal is podded after a crime, he/she can either chose to pay NPCs a huge amount of ISK per SP to "corrupt" it's way to a new clone, or get his/her character deleted forever.

The attacked will only lose what they are flying with.
Should someone who was ganked get there clone biomassed for making themselves a gank target?

Yes, unleash severe punishment upon those who actually play this game.

why do carebears hate gankers so much? so what they ganked you a few times here and there, but they remove items form circulation and generally help the market.

if anything they need more of a incentive to gank, ganking it's at all time low.

i think anyone who undocks with a loot ammount making it worth suicide ganking the target should instantly recive criminal flags carebears who run missions in officer fit ships and people who haul high value stuff have it far too easy in this game and it's only ever by luck that they're caught. It should also send out a eve wide notification of the possible value of the loot to everyone with a sec status of -5 or below.

Something about making EvE "more accessible" to the masses has also brought with it many people who think of EvE as "every other MMO".

The NPE has tried helping with the "hey, you ship is just a gorram tool" thing -- two or three of the missions are "yup, we is gonna blow you up" -- but even that only goes so far -- because people apparently then attribute it to "well, rats can kill me ... OK..." and for whatever reason don't just treat hisec pirate types as "harder, smarter rats".

One of the bitter points of a good bittervet is the realisation that all those SP don't really do much, and that the newbie is having much more fun with what little he has. - Tippia

Oh, I just remembered something: recycling characters to avoid consequences of one's actions is not allowed. With this change you would just circumvent this rule and in fact boost whole ganking business. So I guess let's do this.

Make it last 1 month.
The NPC medical facility, after refusing to make you a clone, forgets to send a notice to the Amount Of Characters Per Account Police and they still think that your character is alive and well, refusing to allow you to make one more. It's only after a month of inactivity that they get suspicious and do a search to see if the character is still in the EVE Universe, to which they discover it isn't and allow you to make another.

no because that's a silly idea what if you're a pirate hunter and you've been teaching new pirates that it's a bad idea and you end up losing all your toons and then can't play for a month i think we should just biomas characters who come up with bad ideas like this and then ban the accounts of the people who make them

Are you trying to say that now gankers, who stupidly enough get podded in highsec, and do it on all their toons, are the victims?
What about the ganked!? The ganked may have spent a year to accumulate all the wealth he/she is transporting in his juicy industrial.

No I don't want to make high sec safe, nor will this make it safer. On the contrary it will have the opposite effect, it will make highsec unsafer.

No, it's a rather silly idea and based upon a lie.
