POS go reinforcment when attacked I know that, what about when is offline ?
Anchored but offline.

offline means, no force field bubble. No force field bubble means, not active. Not active means, no reinforcement.

So you can shoot it off the grid, without waiting for it to drop out of reinforcement. You will have to deplete the shields, armor and structure to remove it.

Force field != shield

Offline tower will still have all its hp to chew threw regardless its online status
