Ill just tell it how it is.

Being in a fleet with someone doesn't affect who you can legally shoot. AT ALL.

You can yellow box eachother as much as you want. Some call it 'the Carebear Stare'. Lol

But CONCORD will have a word with the first guy that redboxes, aka shoots.

If someone shoots you, you can shoot back, but ONLY you can shoot ONLY that guy (until CONCORD obliterates him anyway).

You can, however, remote rep a guy that is legally attacking someone he's at war with. I do not think that 'someone' can legally shoot you in this case, but I'm not sure.

Giving logi to someone engaged in a wardec you are not engaged in yourself, gives you a Suspect timer.

This is the important thing to keep in mind. Hisec has some fairly byzantine rules on who is allowed to shoot at or provide assistance to who and under what circumstances, but Fleet status doesn't factor into any of them

This also makes taking any sort of mixed-corporation fleet into Hisec a huge pain in the ****.

To answer your question specifically: being in a fleet with someone doesn't enable any interactions between you and their wartargets. You can't shoot at them and they can't shoot at you; doing so invoked the normal penalty for unlawful aggression in hisec (which is to say, Concord).

Or you going Suspect. Which isnt all that bad. I remember a POS siege where we helped as neutral logi untill we got blapped by our own war targets. We still managed to get the operation past the point where additional logi was needed. Hence, mission accomplished. The ships we sacrificed blew up for a good cause! Lol
