So sometimes when playing the screen turns all white but i can still see the overview and the ship modules...

Sometimes it's just the right side of the screen.

Anything that I should turn off or on in the graphic options to stop this.

I'm also playing in windowed mode.

This only happens in EVE... all other games don't have this issue.

The exact same thing happens to me from time to time, but after turning the camera around and zooming in and out for a while it usually goes back to normal in a few seconds.

I'm playing in fixed window mode too.

yeah, I hear you guys, same deal here until I searched a bit and found someone who said turning explosions (ship explosions) off in the Effects sections of Graphics Settings in Display & Graphic. I wasn't in window mode until recently due to another problem (extended long loading time, actually stuck on loading).

I used to have to launch a whole bunch of times at least 3 before this last patch came in, when I did I would play with the optimization settings alternating between performance and memory and it would let me in, so I am now in permanent windows mode which I am used to now and don't care anymore.

Anyway hope that helps.

I know this happens to me also. What brand of video card do you have? I have amd... I'm just curious if it could be something that CCP is tweaking wrong with amd drivers?

I have a HD 5670 so it can be a problem with AMD cards.

I confirm that turning off ship explosions solved this issue for me.

Same problem. I think it started when I tried to adjust the graphics settings to allow multiple clients to be in clouds or in warp without sending my noisy fan into overdrive.

Playing with graphics settings to try isolate if one of them was the cause

EDIT: 6950 video card
