This is something you can legally do in real life no matter what sorts of crimes you have committed. I made this rediculess piece of crap character name when i was 14 years old. My rediculess character name makes me depressed every time i start playing again :(

You can IRL, but the police keeps records of your previous names and offences offcourse.
