missing alliance logos anyone?

It seems after Crucible I no more can see any of these pretty logos of player driven alliances. They are all just common stars, as is any ally without logo. Razors, AAA, Solar fleet, Gypsies - they all are just stars.

Yes I cleared cache. And yes it was all OK in Incarna 1.1.3

Anyone with same glitch?
