You are right, it is a Drake. But I think they wanted it to resemble a Leviathan (considering the size).

Also this is disappointing. I was expecting construction hangers for titan ships.

Once upon a time the Golem had a Raven hull and it looked good. Then it transformed into a plataduck. The end.

You guys are all bad. That was the picture used in the Rubicon premier live stream when CCP Seagull was talking about giving capsuleers more freedom, she said that was a picture of a capsuleer built Stargate.

Shame on you all for thinking its a leviathan. It even says Eve Online Rubicon Future Vision in the URL.

Why cant it be a very small T3?

I hope that's not a T3 Frigate, as it seems to use the same parts as the cruiser, just scaled down, if it were a frigate size ship why not use a frigate model? Though it might be a stand in for one until they actually make a model, but that's looking too deep.

I'm still confused as to how some people think that the background is anything other than a Drake being constructed... just don't see it. It's clearly a Drake

I am also sure it is a drake, the loki isn't passing in front of the shipyard so what is making you all think that it is closer to you than the ship yard. It is clearly somewhere between the shipyard and the dishes behind. Compare the OP image to the Drake image linked by Naomi Hale in a later post and you can clearly see that it is a drake.

Not as much detail has been put into these structure models so they don't appear as crisp as the loki and it does look kind of strange. That may be what is messing with your brains and confusing you all.

thats a drake under contruction 100% like other people are already stated,but im more interested about that other ship ship.....my first thought was mhmh rebalanced tech3's with new visuals.
But then i remembered how i got bashed one time in wormhole space by some tengu's and proteuse and there were way bigger than my drake in size so thats not a tech3 ship XD god it would be so cool if thats a tech 3 frigate :D.!!!!!
