Hard to believe it's now been 11 years, and this old extended beta is still going.
We've been through some interesting times. It hasn't always been great... the devs have let us down.... but we've also had a lot of fun, and CCP almost always bounces back and puts things right when they make a mistake.

Looking back on everything, I'd say that so far it's mostly awesome. Once all the DUST drama blows over and the community calms back down, I think we can look forward to many more amazing years, with many more of both the good times and bad.
I look forward to Valkyrie becoming a part of our world within a world, and I'm excited to see what the transformation from DUST to Legion will end up like.

Let's see a 20th anniversary thread some day.

11 years, EVE has officially lasted longer than my parent's marriage. My parents were divorced before EVE even existed. Jeez now I feel old....

In another 10 years EVE will be controlled with our eyes using the open source version of occulus rift programmed in Gentoo from our lord and savior RMS. We'll have an option of using of the YE OLDE UI which is what we are using today or the SiP(Swim in Pod) view to control your ship. Incarna's WiS is now exclusively first person.

Post with your NPC alt main and not your main main alt!
