I was there when the personal SMA question was asked, and the reason they haven't implemented it is because of technical limitations - the base POS code doesn't allow for personal SMAs, however, once the industry is redone, they are redoing alliance/corp roles and code, after that come structures and sov mechanics, it's about 18 months away imho, but at least now it's on the roadmap.

most are just name changes and number values

it would appear that personal SMA might be a tad more complex than that to implement.

I been kicked out of better homes than this.
