The last stage in the escalation for Vigils drops various human livestock.

Its pretty sweet.

Those items are dropped from destroying different structures that are located in various mission's and Exploration sites.

Usually some sort of Habitat structure will drop them, like a Casino, Brothel, Prison, etc.

Prosties used to be really rare btw. Years ago (when they were still "evil women." Blink ) I bought one for 30 mill and sold her on for 100 mill.

I checked contracts recently though and they were, comparatively, dirt cheap. Illegal minnies, I guess.
