He can fly Providence freighter and covert ops Prowler Blockade Runner.
He has trading skills ( Accounting V, Broker Relations V, Margin Trading IV, Trade V)

He has neutral standing
Positive Wallet
I will pay transfer Fee
He is in npc corp and located in Rens.
