I cant reactivate my old account becuase it wont let me finish character customization,

Okay so i haven't played the game in about 8 months, i decided to re-activate my account and i logged on and then clicked my only char , and it took me to the character customization screen, the last time i played there were not body modifications so i think i have to make a character now there is lol.

anyway when i click portrait to take a picture it loads but then crashes to the desktop and restarts, i have been playing on a trial account, and that's fine no disconnects etc.

please any help would be great ty, if you need my pc specs just give me a shout. ill keep an eye on this thread all day/night.

is this still an issue? (wondering because you do have a portrait).
If it is, could you then please submit a bugreport (specify the username and the charactername). It would be good if you could run the logserver and attach the logs to the report.

the problem is still there but its becuase of my connection i think now i keep gettgin disconnected and eve restarts on me. I did the character customization really quick and it worked but once i got in a minute after eve restarted. so i think i keep loosing connection.
