Actually, they have delivered a product, just not the product they wanted to deliver. There is nothing holding them back from developing it on PC.

I see the differences between developing for a PC as opposed to console development are lost on you... most of them are not necessarily hardware related.

Of course, they haven't ruled out a port to the PS4 eventually... so a version for the console market could still be a possibility, but it's not their focus.

You can crawl back under your bridge now.

Sony has bent over and did loopty loops to allow DUST to bypass a LOT of things most games have to go through.

And since CCP + Sony relationship is at the best it ever was, I doubt developing on the PS4 would be that difficult.
