Looking for a rorqual capable pilot with decent mining/production/research skills. Standing not important, sec status not important, ~10 - 13B range.

Price Range updated to more realistic numbers.

Specifics:

Must have more than 40 M sp, mixed bag/unfocused skills are fine

I'm looking to spend more than 9 B but i'm not looking to throw money away. If char is not at least 9B in value please don't post.

This will be a new main, not an alt. I'm willing to put considerable time into fixing bad skill plans, so if anyone has any unused chars that are currently unfocused with 40+ sp drop em here and i'll check them out!

Rorqual ready (just inject the book), nice boosts. Almost perfect orca boost.
Cybernetics V with mining foreman mindlink on it.
Nice processing skills. (Be ready for summer changes).
Can fly a Rhea.

Thanks for the post but 8B for Rommy is outrageous. He has 25M sp.

8B doesn't even cover the PLEX cost of training 25M SP.

I am also for sale, but srsly get real with your price range! You wont get a 40b sp char for that price unless it's a SP mess of a char..

There are two kinds of Roqual pilots. The ones that can sit in one and the ones that can use it properly.

I am the second type. No wasted SP at all. 45M SP focused on nothing else.

You'll need to add another 4B to that13 you are offering. But I'm worth it. No corp history. No combat other than T2 sentries. Can fully capital fit for on grid support. Remaps available.10M SP resource processing with compression maxed. Solid boost and jump skills.
