Been away from the game - So how to find Ice Belts in HighSec

So read about the ice belt removal in HighSec Cry

How do i know that a system can have Ice Belt Anomalies in highsec ?
Back in the day i used DOTLAN to find Ice Belts in a region to find the desired systems that suited my need's

Do i have to scan every single system in a desired region to find a system with Ice Belt anomalies ?

Dotlans. And be prompt as the popular ones vanish quick and then you have a 4 hr wait for the next one.

You should check out Youtube for some visual tutorials. It will help give you a basis for scanning down the belts.

They show up on your probe scanner automatically. When they go down its a 4 hours respawn timer on them.

The systems that have ice spawns did not change. You can still look them up on Dotlan. All that changed is how you find them within a given system.

Currently, ice spawns in cosmic anomalies instead of in fixed belts. They show up automatically in your probe scanner when you open it (no need to fit a probe scanner or train scanning skills, only need those to find cosmic signatures) and will respawn in a new anomaly 4 hours after the previous one has been cleared. The spawns are considerably smaller so there's more competition to get in and get the ice before everyone else does, and if it's a crowded system, it goes pretty quickly.
