Seems every day I set them to 0%, and after every downtime they're reset to 5%. Anyone else seeing this happen or am I doing it wrong?

Ah nice this wasn't my imagination playing tricks, I was wondering If I didn't set things correctly and why those 5% are popping up.

PCO sounds more like an "official" acronym to me than POCO. POCO too loco, you know?

Just to confirm a theory, those people that are having difficulty with the customs office tax rate not persisting are in wormholes correct?

I can confirm for me that it's happening in wormholes.

If you want to restore the old Concord customs offices and tax rates in wormholes until this is fixed we'll understand. They really don't add anything to our game.

If you ask me, and off topic, sue me: there should be no Concord customs office on WH planets, only POCO's (i'm sticking with poco). No PI at all until a customs office is erected. Makes the most sense to me.

If anyone ever looks at you and says,_ "Hold my beer, watch this,"_  you're probably going to want to pay attention.

Sense is irrelevant however. PI sprang up well before the introduction of PCOs, therefore there needed to be an efficient means of moving the materials around, even in the far reaches of Anoikis space. From a gameplay perspective, it made the most sense to use the same system empire space was using, if for nothing else but simplicity and making the feature work. Granted, on the surface it seems wierd, but it was efficient and effective.

What about Corporate Owned Orbital Customs Cargo Interaction Exchanges?

They'd be called "Cookies".
