New Typhoon - Looks ok.
New Moa - Looks good, but its not a chicken with a briefcase anymore.
New Condor/Crow/Raptor - This one I like.

What do you folks think?

The Condor/Crow/Raptor I like.

The Moa? Meh - I'm used to the "Gooney Bird" design.

The Typhoon reminds me a little of some of the Tengu hulls. The Moa reminds me of the Serenity from Firefly. And the condor looks like a cross between the Dragonfly and Mantis fighter drone.

I like all of them better, and I agree with the guy that said the Typhoon looks a bit like some of the Tengu configurations. This might be a dumb question, but will the Gila look like the new Moa, or keep the old design? I hope it looks like the new one, because its the main ship I fly right now and I think its ugly.

the phoon looks great, the not linked mordus ships too, moa and condor also.

But about the phoon i think ccp is designing the scrapyard feel out of minmatar. which is abit disappointing

Almost for sure the Gila will have the new design.

Gooney bird? The Moa reminds me of the other cripple in southpark besides Timmy who relies on the two arm-braced crutches to move around. Every moa I get I name "Cripple Fight." Moa looks like it has two stubby lets, a tiny head, inflated left shoulder. It looks deformed and crippled.


Good design on the moa imo. CCP should go with that. Current design = all kinds of Ugh

The new designs look cool, but:

The new condor hull looks too much like a fighter, and less like a distinct frigate to me.

And I'm -really- disappointed to see the Moa change. They could have touched it up, done lots of small tweaks to make it look better, but throwing away a unique design, in favour of almost complete asymmetry is not only a cop-out for the OCDs, but it doesn't make sense, given the lack of wind resistance in space. One of the few ship redesigns that I think was a mistake.

to be fair there is space debris and particles that can affect the ship.. not to mention having to propel mass forward in a more center-line configure is much more efficient.

Caldari are suppose to be king of efficiency out of the 4 races... so there is that.
