CCP failed to provide service we paid for. Submit your petitions! Request a refund or some kind of compensation. They tried to play it off by saying it was just the ending you didn't miss anything. Sorry but if I go to a movie and they stop playing it before it's finished and tell everyone to leave they didn't miss anything, I'd want my money back.

Over all the footage this year has been horrible everything from feeds cutting out to horrible sound quality and last but not least the absolute worst camerawork. And I don't care if it's in the youtube video, I didn't pay for the youtube video.

Open a petition. Crying here will only serve to attract ridicule for paying for it.

I have petitioned. I'm here to rally others to protest and request refunds for the poor services provided to us. Everyone has the right to express disappointment for faulty products and productions. All the eve commercials aired fine.
The interviews trying to sale us something aired fine. If you aren't willing to complain and demand a higher level of quality from a company, that's your business. I'm not twisting your arm to read my thread. But harassing others for standing up and informing others to act instead of lying back and taking it is also your right, but that doesn't make you right.

Spamming the stream chat over and over because you missed 70 seconds due to technical difficulties?

Bizarrely, he actually has a point. CCP are really not delivering on what people paid for this time.

Why would anyone still buy they HD streams? CCP fails to deliver on this pretty much every year, to varying degrees.

Besides you simply trolling really badly...

When you buy something and get 99% as expected,
demanding a refund will not work.

Firstly, this is live television. Things go wrong unexpectedly. It happens. No broadcaster in the world can get away from the random and unpredictable things that happen when things go out live. Granted the glitch at the end of the keynote was very unfortunate timing, but we missed nothing as it turns out. The Eve of Destruction event was highly entertaining, surprisingly good matches and the expected hilarious commentary from CCP Guard. Overall, a quality day of television. You paid you monies or iskies and you got a load of good quality TV, perhaps ropey in a few places, but overall very good.

So I suggest you go to the fridge and get out a nice cold can of delicious "HTFU" and get over it.

"HTFU" - now in three brand new flavours!
"Diet HTFU"
"HTFU Zero"
and introducing new "Cherry HTFU"
For when simply saying HTFU isn't enough, enjoy the cool refreshing taste of "HTFU" - for all your hardening the f*ck up needs, accept no substitute!!!

Like other people have asked, are you 10? Seriously, my family pays over $100 for our cable bundle and entire shows drop all the time. Stop complaining because you lost ONE minute to a technical delay.

Working in this field i know exactly what you mean... The worst thing is, that as a company, we can't reveal what idiots those people actually are. My company sells unmanaged (!) VPS. The cheapest is 10 bucks a month. We once had to spend at least 20 support hours on a guy who had one server complaining about how we wouldnt help him on every step of the way installing and configuring some VOIP software aswell as solving problems on his home network. He went public on twitter, facebook and some review sites aswell as a national complaints portal... But what can you do? A customer gave you 10 bucks and expects 24/7 extended support on *everything* because he doesn't want to read what he's actually buying. The funny thing is, those people usually claim how valuable their time is, utterly ignorant of how much time and money they're costing the support people...

Of course the OP doesn't go that far, but this isn't an 'innocent' case either. For 90 seconds of black at an inopportune moment during a stream which lasts over 3 days he's trying to cause a riot. Maybe the HD stream isn't always up to scratch but instead of trying to incite a revolt, just cut your losses and don't buy it next time around. Or better yet, don't buy anything from CCP. Though that's a win-win situation for both CCP and the remaining players in this case it seems.

If you do things right, people won't be sure you've done anything at all...

It's not just the dropped stream from the keynote. I am overall unsatisfied with the sound quality, horrible camera work, commercials and interviews with people trying to convince you to buy Eve accessories. By the way the ads and merchandising segment were surprisingly well done with superior sound and camera work. Over all I find the footage lacking even when it is not out.
I also don't have to defend my opinion on what I consider a sub par experience via CCP. If the service was free I honestly wouldn't care. But it's not free. I paid for this service and will continue express my disdain for the product I am receiving. That doesn't mean I am right or wrong by other peoples standards, just my own.
No one is forcing you to read or comment on my opinion and I made my opinion known to rally people who feel the same way as me on this issue, not to make you happy.

Oh please, stop the crying already. You were annoying enough in the twitch chat.
You are getting exactly what you're paying for, which is a HD upgrade of the free stream. If the free stream has issues then you'll get to see those same issues in HD.
