I find the new sounds really annoying. The most annoying part is that they cannot be turned off, at least not on my system. They do not appear to be associated with any audio control, so to silence the modules, I have to turn sound completely off and/or refrain from using said modules...

Is this really as intended? If so, I am really hating the new sounds. If there is a work around, please post it.
