I'm pretty sure by the way that american prices are shown without tax while others are show with tax or something weird like that, which is why american prices for everything always seem to be far better. Someone with more knowledge of it can confirm or deny this (while dunking me into the ground) but I'm pretty sure it's something like that going on.
