When a faction is in a higher tier the isk/lp ratio goes down since there is more LP being handed out. Typically you collect LP when it is easy hold on to it and then cash it in when you will receive a more favorable isk/lp ratio, usually when that faction as been at a reduced tier for some time.

What tiers mean in Faction Warfare is how much lp you will get when completing a complex or a mission. So if you run a Novice Complex while at Tier 1 you will be rewarded 5,000LP but if you complete the same complex while at Tier 3 you will be rewarded 17,500LP.

depends on if you can fly a cloaky T3, if not, probably not gallente. Farmers are usually better off running lvl 4 missions in a stealth bomber (can't be done in gal mil).

Thanks, that way i can kill more templars freely and not be part of an alliance / militia with a bunch of butthurt kids who can't fix there overviews and get cranky when they're suspects.
