PirateMust have

PirateAll subcap ships with the exception of BS hulls
Pirate All guns trained to T2 with the exception of larges
Pirate Good drone skills with T2 sentry and T2 Heavies
Pirate Hac 5
Pirate Recon 5
Pirate T2 Heavy missiles and T2 HAM's with Missile support skills at minimum level 4
Pirate Decent armor and shield skills
Pirate Good navigation skills.

Will consider Characters that don't have all requirements but most.

not sure if hes exactly what you're after but hes got great missile skills, fantastic amarr gunnery and all supports to 5. all sub cap are lvl 5 minus EAC and BLOPS. unfortunately doesnt have t2 sentries but all other relevant skills are 5. and his armor and shield skills are solid.
