Character bazaar: A question on self trades.

I have two accounts that I've signed up for using different email addresses. I was wondering if I need to make some sort of post on the bazaar, even though they are both logged in from the same ip, and payment on each one is in my name. I have a trade alt who I'm likely never going to train further, so consolidating seems like a smarter option.

No, that would not be necessary in this case. The 'obligation' to post in character bazaar when transferring a character from one account to another lies in the fact that it becomes documented publicly.
You are just shifting one character to another of your own accounts. So there can be no misunderstanding about a character suddenly being played by another person.
