A rookie pilot here with some insightful Eve and RL comparisons and similarities.
As a Pig...opps sorry. As an upholder and protector of the law you will constantly be reminded of this universe that you are leaving behind.

TOP 10 SIGNS EVE IS REAL LIFE

1) You still get to fly around in a "Cruiser" chasing suspects and criminals.

2) You still get to scam by telling the Goons, "Just tell me the truth and give me the dope. I promise I will let you off with a warning. Heck, I will even give you double the dope back." Once the Goons give you the dope, you handcuff em' and throw em' in your "Cruiser" saying, "Sorry you didn't follow the rules in my bio."

3) You still get to jump into Wormhole space. Just kick the door down to that abandoned house and you will find some "Sleepers" to kill.

4) You still get to PVP in null-sec . Just take your "Cruiser" down to the hood, hit your blue lights and chase whatever Goon you see running. You are bound to get some kills because its guaranteed a Goon will pull a gun and start shooting.

5) You still get to experience the mindless fun of mining as you sit at your desk for hours filling out paper work on the Goons you arrest and kill.

6) You still get clones because all 5-0 look, talk and act the same.

7) You still get to pod Goons. Instead of taking pods you get to throw them in one.

8) You still get to play with drones.

9) You still get to fit your ship. You are the ship and the blaster is your 9.

10) You still get to Scram and Web but now its more fun because you get to do it with a stun gun and pepper spray.

With that much stuff, you really ought to just keep it. You never know if you might be back, after all. Priorities change, that's just the nature of real life.

I've suspended playing several times, and each time I was glad to have something to come back to. But anyway, it's your decision, I just wanted to weigh in.
