To follow up on the previous post, with some additional details, here's a couple of FAQ answers below:

What are the minimum requirements to join?

"Requirement" isn't a term we use as our focus is really on meeting our members needs, rather than members or applicants meeting the needs of the Corp.

With that as our focus, there are 2 aspects we encourage:

1. Interest in pvp
2. Generally, a minimum of 5 million SP

First and foremost, an interest in pvp helps, so you can be certain that other members online will be able to help you if you need.

The minimum skillpoint barrier is not an absolute requirement. We have security processes to manage risks associated with thief/awox/safari applicants and if you are a genuinely looking to join a pvp Corp but have less than 5 million SP, that won't be a barrier for you.

Do you have formal Corp Security processes in place to evaluate applicants?

Yes.

What is the Corporation tax rate?

2% and our WH POCO has a 1% tax rate.

We are not about the corporate leadership becoming fat off the efforts of our members. As a pvp Corp, we each have non-pvp activities to generate ISK and for most of us, that ISK helps support our pvp, not the Corporate Wallet.

The funds that we do generate through Corporate Tax are primarily used to fuel our POS.

Do you take part in Tournaments?

Yes we do and tournament play is a growing focus within the Alliance. End of Life participated in the Alliance Tournament XI last year and we are aiming to be part of AT XII this coming August.

We learnt a lot from our participation in the tournament in 2013 and in advancing to week 2, we achieved what we set out to do for our first tournament participation. YouTube videos of our participation last year are here:

Corp fleet ops this Friday, Saturday and Sunday post-DT as well as a normal Alliance roam Sunday evening EU time.

It's been a busy weekend of fighting so far and still not over.

With the community gecko drone challenge currently underway for EvE's birthday, lowsec seems to have rolled out the red carpet and charged the guns. The amount of fighting is great. No need to fly very far to find a fight, just wait a few minutes and one comes find you instead.

It's also refreshing to see a bit of a shift in the meta towards cruisers. Frigates and destroyers are still everywhere in factional warfare, however there seem to be more cruiser fleets out and about over the last few weeks. We hope that is a lasting trend.

Thanks to the Justified Chaos and other Gallente militia guys for the fights in Tama yesterday.

Not one (ah two) of our brighter moments (though in part our own plans were interrupted by the arrival of the Redemption Road roam just when we were in the right position).

You guys are classy pvpers. That Nourvakaiken gate is a thing of beauty when you are camping it. All the cans to affect cloakers, the wrecks and the ships make it a place everyone should take a look at some time.

Hopefully you'll be on the gate again over the next few weeks. The content is good and we'll be sure to drop by.
