I won't pass judgment on your abilities by killboard history alone, but I will say that people are right to question your efficiency as a mercenary based on stats that are somewhat mediocre.

I suggest you do two things: (1) rework your ad to be slightly more formal and detailed (you need to outline your core competencies and limits before I "hire" you to go against some empire war e-peen outfit), and (2) do the first few jobs pro bono with publically-viewable campaigns set up on a board like griefwatch.
