There are some skills you might not know about. Functionally, I just need the Titan skills to have them all. Absolutely, I'm also missing:

1) Astronautic Engineering
2) Mobile Factory Operation
3) Mobile Refinery Operation
4) Black Market Trading

The last one isn't even a skill. It was removed from the game all together and only exists as an XML entry or something.

2011 character. Saying he has almost all skills. It takes 18 years with maximum remaps and implants to train everything.

He means they are added to his character. He's saying he "has" the skills, not that they are all @ 5.

OP Can see what he is missing in this comparison.

Black Market Trading you can never get. It's not there anymore.
You're looking at about 20 bil ea. for the other 3 do-nothing skills.
