Latest patch causing client to crash OS 10.7.5 and older

iMac mid 2010,
10.7.5
2.8 Ghz Intel Core i5
4 gigs Ram
ATI Radeon HD 5750 1 gig of ram

Client will launch, although the launcher now stays open in background which didn't use to happen.
Loading station environment is fine, but when undock client goes black and unresponsive. Sometimes can hear audio form exterior station environment.

Have reinstalled new client, which still ran latest patch, still does not work.

Latest error said:
Exception raised
Unhandled page fault on read access to 0x0000001d at address 0x74d05d5c.
Do you with to debug it?

I hit yes to debug but errors, crashes keep happening the same way.

Any help greatly appreciated.

you have to upgrade to mavericks or wait for a fix. i had the same issue with my setup on 10.7.5 and upgraded to mavericks last night and it instantly fixed the issue.

good thing there is QA testing before patch releases...

Ya my other iMac is running Maverick and eve is ok on it. Can't upgrade this machine, has software on it that can't upgrade.

Crashing on launch for me, now stuck in space with no way to dock. Gonna be pisssssed if I get podded!!!!!
Totally unplayable.
Please fix CCP.

heh yeah i heard some raging in channels last night guy lost 4 HG slave pods to this bug after undocking in multiple windows like normal.

Yep Today's mac patch didn't help the problem. Can not play EVE at all on my iMac running 10.7.5.

Works a little slow but ok on my brand new iMac running Maverick.

Hope losses will be covered by CCP

day 3....same problem, undock freeze, jump wormhole, freeze.. log back in frozen.. 3 out of 6 toons frozen

bad thing is cant update to mavericks. Apples cut off is 2008 for the macpro tower.

Its time to upgrade, you should never be using an apple model older than 6 months...
