Looking for a PvP focused character with a good name!

Would like to see:
_Great support skills
_Great gunnery skills
_Amarr focused (BS5 Preferred)
_Minmatar focused (BS5 Preferred)
_Black Ops skills
_Great drone skills
_Great T3 skills

Basic Cap skills are a huge bonus, particularly carriers or dreads.

Gallente and Caldari characters will be looked at, but not prioritized.

I am not interested in anything industry or freighter related.

I have a decent amount of isk to pour into this, but am not interested in being gouged.

Thanks for looking, show me what you got!
