archive extraction failed 3

does anyone have any idea why i keep getting this message "archive extraction failed 3" when i try to download the game ? i have tried using a download manager too and i get the same result and the offline loader just keeps saying connection timed out too so that doesn't work either. so now i'm lost as to what to do ???? any ideas? i deleted it in the first place as it would not launch so i figured if i deleted it then re installed it i would be ok. it didn't quite work out that way it seems any help would be greatly appreciated as i am not too computer friendly ( getting old ) many thanks in advance Big smile

it appears that the issue may be my pc as i can download and install it fine on my laptopShocked that sucks as i now have even less idea what to do now !!! there must be someone here who knows???? (i hope)Question
