This is a good character for someone who wants to boost a mining fleet. None of the SP trained on this character can be considered "Waste" for an Orca pilot.

+Mining Director V for T2 ganglinks.
+Warfare Link Specialist V for better bonuses.
+Cybernetics 5 for the Mining Foreman Mindlink
+Industrial Command Ship 4

Mixed +3 and +4 learning implants.
ONE neural remap available.

Please note that I won't be selling Rose until all other chars have sold, otherwise I won't be able to update this post. Even then, I may still not sell her and reserve the right to significantly increase the asking price if I do.
