Asking if there is help for this Sprite Problem in Captains Quarters..

I am getting screaming blue green sprites on the walk way of the captains quarters, it may display correctly when i first load the game but not most of the time and never after coming back from a mission, pink, green and yellow..

any fix for this?

i am running a 2.6 ghz dual core Athion with XP SP3 and a 9600 Nvida card...... system is stressed but works.

any ideas? I have texture quality on medium no AA

my launcher is set for DX9 correctly.

I fixed this problem by turning off Next Gen completely that made it work ok.
