Profit reported via Eve-mogul from 4-1-14 until 4-14-14 is 415m. That is slightly under half of what my prior 2 week period returned. Keep in mind these payments are going out 1-2 days early. Profits on eve-mogul have started to climb back up daily from a recent slump.

Losses include over 600m when I tried to ship something myself. And another 250m doing the same.
Also some random ISK doubling attempts. You can't hate me for trying right?
Also, losses/expenses for shipping costs. Approx 45m of high sec hauling has been paid as rewards and 100-150 will go through this evening as well.

Losses have been offset via LP rewards. I cashed in upwards of 500k LP on certain items that gave a return of slightly over 1k isk/lp and slightly under 1k isk/lp.

Additional investments include numerous Frigate and Destroyer BPO's which are manufactured using well below Jita cost minerals. Jita is getting a bit insane. I could simply haul these minerals to Jita for instant profit or enjoy the additional venue of manufacturing my own goods. Being that the BPO's are not highly researched I have waste. Still, waste offset by the low prices I buy my minerals for. WIn Win!! Frigates and Destroyers are then sold as fitted ready to go ships at a considerable margin. While this is not the primary source of income it is catching up to be fairly decent.

Also, more T1 module bpo's have been purchased so I can make certain things happen below market cost.

I have unlocked up to advanced manufacturing 3 for the additional manufacturing slots so I can keep product moving including ammo for LP conversion.

Profits overall were lower than expected due to relocation of assets and personnel in the FW front. I have dropped my initial corp and move in and out of others NPC as well as player run for multiple purposes. One, getting shot at as a WT in highsec space is not a good thing, so I avoid it. The other corp I will be moving in and out of permits some pewpew and LP gains.

Eve-mogul shows lower profits than before. I believe I was averaging 50m profit days and spiking around 100-150m on some weekend days when the war got fun. Since the move this has decreased due to some instability in the warfront as well as moving a large number of my T2 module purchases to contract purchases. I am on a few mailing lists that I take advantage of for large quantity of items.

I am still in a position that if I had to sell off assets to buy orders in order to cover interest payments or the final loan payoff, I can. It's been a heart thumping 2 weeks being shot at, one-shotted, and being saved by warp core stabilizers and other modules. There is some upset when I go boom but I certainly don't give up everything and say I'm done. I have many PLAN B's.

Just a quick update a few days prior to the close of this loan:


At this time profits are not lacking though not what I want them to be at either. I am exploring a couple other ventures simultaniously that are affecting my eve-mogul profit reports if you are following those at all. Recently picked up a few BC and fitted them as T2 for alliance contracts at a reasonable profit margin. Whether they sell or not is up in the air, though I always have a corp mate that I can liquidate them to without loss.

Also, recently aquired some t1 rig bpo's that I can manufacture perfectly and sell at profit in Jita to the buy orders or at much higher profits in my market area. I have checked on the demand within my corp and alliance as well as via sell orders in my market to confirm they are movers. I found they are much cheaper to make myself vs buying at Jita even w/ buy orders. I am holding off on the actual production of these BPO's until the loan has ended as I have a tendency to spend it ALL then scramble to close out the loan. I won't be doing that this time!

I do anticipate the need to liquidate some of my market orders in Jita just prior to the payoff date as the sales are not going as fast as expected. Those will be done on a last minute basis in order to meet the loan obligations.

Optional loan and profit extension
If anyone wishes to extend their loan for an additional 2 weeks with the same interest payment please post below. It's not of utmost importance, therefor I am not sending individual messages to investors as I had planned to. WIth over 4b in sell orders, nearly 1b in ISK on hand and around 1.5-2b in market assets a liquidation will not hurt the business model extensively. The isk on hand is increasing at an acceptable rate.

Future loan
Whether I do a future loan in the near future is not completely known at this time. Lessons learned thus far are that my interest rate is too high to continue at this rate. I knew going in that I would offer a high interest rate in order to be appealing to investors and to build trust. I do not anticipate seeking a large loan unless I do some spreadsheet work and find that production requires a higher investment.

I have received an offer of research slots by one of the investors which I will take him up on once it is determine exactly which BPO's I want to invest the time or researching into while not using them to produce. My most expensive one is a cruiser BPO which was purchased at a premium already researched for ME. It requires a high amount of minerals and I currently run it off copies. I am researching time on it now.
