"Remote Info-file could not be fetched"

Hi,

I recently got this popup when I start the client:

"Remote Info-file could not be fetched.
http://client.eveonline.com/patch/premium_patchinfoTQ_inc.txt
Please check your internet-connection
If the problem perists, please contact Customer Support by filling a petition."

I did this, and got an answer telling me that the firewall might be blocking the client (or something).
Anyone else got this? What did you do to fix it? I can't seem to find the Windows firewall settings that let me check Eve Online.

Same thing happens with my Windows Live Mail (hotmail account). Both problems started at the same time.

I hope some of you can help.

Edit: I tried to disable my firewall and launch the client. It still gave me the same popup.
