Drones should carry Aurora Ominae... one shot per drone that uses the drone up... also the ability to force your drones to kamikaze into other ships..... for lols and reasons.

Or you could have drones that explode like smart bombs..... wait those are bombs.... BOMBS FOR HIGH SEC!

Siiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiigh. Gallente have railguns. Use specialized railgun launchers to launch drones at targets. No need for a complicated drone MJD. It's not frakking rocket science!

You should have to perform services for your drones, or they become self aware and awox you. Maybe have them giggle "silly pilot" beforehand etc

I think mine are already verging on it, they NEVER do what I tell them.

MJD bubbles would be fun too tho.

Maybe have all drones follow you in warp, not just fighters.
Then you don't have to sit and wait while your Ogre II's waddle their way back you can just warp to the next location and continue.
Could also have them follow targets that warp off.


I actually kinda like the idea of having a drone fitting panel, maybe on the side of the regular fitting panel that lets you use modules to customize your drones with abilities. Damage, range, and tracking should still be ship fittings, but some other small changes like faster return speed, remote rep for other drones (drone A takes a hit, drone B stops shooting target to rep drone A), and other things like that.

Also OP, this is a very lame idea. Considering how drone control range can be changed, how do you plan to implement that into the MJD for your drones? Or would it be based on the unbonused value of your ship? but then what's the point in doing that at all?

Sounds to me like you need to train your drone nav skills up a bit.
