As a basic i have one atm. I am still learning but i can do more. This is the sort of thing that you get if you subscribe to the basic package.

If you're serious about this, may I recommend finding a Graphic Designer and investing in some money in web-design software (Adobe Dreamweaver or clones, might be some free programs somewhere on-line) and try not to stick to basic HTML (Even a WYSIWYG program might be useful). There's alot of very good competition out there. For instance this gal. Good luck with it though!

I'm not putting you down mate, but you need to brush up on your web design skills before you can expect to make any cash from it. Basic HTML design is old news now.

Keep trying, learn some more code. Try googling 'W3 Schools', this has lots of different code and lessons on how to implement it so is a great place to start.

This is true, web design isn't an easy game to get into, basic HTML isn't really acceptable in today's world of high expectations and need for pretty, easy-to-use things.

Keep practising and I'm sure you'll get there.

As a professional website developer, I have to say...welcome to 1998. The only thing you're missing is blinking text and animated gifs.

I know, I'm kind of a **** for saying it, but seriously bud, you shouldn't even try charging for anything until you get much better at it. Nobody would pay for a site like that, even with fake game currency.

Oh sweet Jesus... I should not have taken a look at the source. Really? xmlns:w="urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:word"? Really?

As others have posted, please, google W3Schools. Learn about proper HTML syntax and layout. Get an image manipulation program (use GIMP if you can't afford anything, though you're better off with Photoshop or something higher end). Don't use tables if you can avoid it, just as a general rule of thumb.

Learn to use jQuery. You'll probably also want to either learn PHP or ASP.NET if you're offering EVE websites, due to the fact that many corps will want forums or pretty much anything that uses the API, and you'll need to know how to interact with them.

You are not ready to do websites for money.
