Having problems launching EVE!

I am having problems with my client.

It firstly said that it was corrupt, so re-installed the client, now upon logging in, I get the following message:-

"Unhandled page fault on read access to 0x1545fff0 at address 0x9ab32466.
Do you wish to debug it ?"

If you select "yes" to the debug, it achieves absolutely nothing.

I have tried reinstalling a number of times and still nothing. I have also changed my security settings to allow apps from anywhere.

Could anyone assist please?

It helps to know your system and OS version. I am not saying that I can solve it but it sometimes helps.
